Structural features
Air suspension bearing system: This is one of the core components of the air suspension blower. It uses aerodynamic principles to form a uniform air film on the bearing surface, so that the rotor can rotate at high speed without contact. This bearing system has the advantages of no lubrication, no wear, long life and high reliability.
High-speed permanent magnet motor: uses high-performance permanent magnet materials, which have the characteristics of high power density, high efficiency, high power factor, and good speed regulation performance. Compared with traditional asynchronous motors, high-speed permanent magnet motors can operate at higher speeds and can achieve precise speed control, thereby meeting the flow and pressure requirements under different operating conditions.
Impeller: Usually made of high-strength, lightweight aluminum alloy or titanium alloy materials, it has been carefully processed and dynamic balance tests, and has good aerodynamic performance and reliability. The design shape and size of the impeller are optimized according to different application requirements for efficient air compression and delivery.
Control system: equipped with an advanced control system, which can monitor the operating parameters of the blower in real time, such as speed, pressure, flow rate, temperature, etc., and automatically adjust and control according to preset parameters. At the same time, the control system also has fault diagnosis and protection functions, which can promptly detect and deal with abnormal situations during operation, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the blower.
Performance Features
High efficiency and energy saving: Due to the use of advanced technologies such as air suspension bearings and high-speed permanent magnet motors, the efficiency of air suspension blowers is greatly improved compared with traditional blowers, and generally saves energy by about 30% - 50%. When partial load is running, through speed control, its efficiency can still be maintained at a high level and has good energy-saving effects.
Low noise: The air suspension bearing eliminates mechanical friction noise. At the same time, the optimized design of the impeller and the improvement of the overall structure also reduce airflow noise, so that the operating noise of the air suspension blower is usually below 80dB (A), far lower than that of the traditional blower, which can provide quieter conditions for the working environment.
Oil-free pollution: Air-suspended bearings do not require lubricating oil, which avoids the pollution caused by lubricating oil leakage to the environment and conveying media. It is especially suitable for occasions with high air quality requirements, such as food, medicine, electronics and other industries.
Simple maintenance: The air suspension blower does not have the complex mechanical transmission components and lubrication systems of traditional blowers, so the maintenance workload is greatly reduced. Daily maintenance mainly involves regular cleaning of filters and checking the operating status of the equipment, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
Small size and light weight: The overall structure is compact and adopts an integrated design. Compared with traditional blowers with the same power, its volume and weight can be reduced by about 50% - 60%, making it easy to install and transport, saving installation space and infrastructure costs.
